John Greenfield, of Carleton, Parish of Gedling, County Nottingham,
August 19, 1617. Clothier, to be buried in the church at Gedling. To
the poor 6 shillings and pence. To Robert Greenfield, son of Henry
Greenfield, my brother 10 pounds. To Anthony Greenfield, son of Henry, 20
pounds. To Ann Wheatly, daughter of Elizabeth Morley, 20 shillings. To
Ann James and George Morley, children of William Morley, 20 shillings
each. To Alice Greenfield, daughter of Henry, my brother, 20 shillings.
To Elizabeth Clarkson of Colwick, 10 shillings. To Margaret Clarkson,
ala Fisher, 2 weathers. To Richard Clarkson, ala Fisher, 20 shillings.
To Margaret Clarkson, ala Fisher, my sister and the rest of her children
10 pounds. To John Mason of Hawton (?) And the rest of his brethren 20

PRISCILLA was the daughter of ROBERT HILL (Sr.) and JANE (wife of Robert
Hill). PRISCILLA died before 1731. Robert Hill named his daughter,
Presilla, in his will. Jane Hill, widow of Robert, gave her daughter
Persilla a feather bed and furniture to be delivered at her day of
marriage, dated August 14, 1688.
