Elise is buried at St. Columba's churchyard, Largs, Scotland. There is
no tombstone marking her grave. Information is from the "Larg's Sexton
Book, 1823-1867." Three generations of a family called "Jamieson" were
sextons (grave diggers in Largs and kept a burial record in this book.
The original book is now lost, but luckily a Dr. W.M. Boyd copied it into
a typed version which is at the Family History Society in Largs. Entry
for Elisa Jane is: 1850, December 7, Elisa Jane, daughter of William
Graham, coachman to Robert Graham, esquire. Nelson Street. Croup. 2"
