If you are logged in as math1 you do not have access to the printer’s folder and therefore you can not kill a runaway Windows print job. You will need to have someone who has administrative rights on Whyburn to kill it for you, such as Don Rameriez or myslef.

If however you are a faculty member the network restrictions will not apply to you. All you need do is to

1. double click on my computer
2. double click on the printer’s folder
3. double click on the printer the job is running on
4. left click on the print job
5. press the delete key on your keyboard
